20 Years of Culinary Experience
As of October 2024, Pierino’s Ltd has been running under new management. We now have award winning chef, Dougal Macpherson. Dougal has been a chef for over 20 years with a wealth of knowledge, working in a variety of kitchens. From the Piersland, in Troon, where he began as a teenager, to the Michelin star Number One restaurant, at the Balmoral in Edinburgh. He then went on to work in colleges to train up and coming chefs, as well as taking part in many competitions over the years, bringing home a silver medal from the culinary Olympics in Luxembourg. It is now time for him to run his own business. Pierino’s recipes and products won’t be changing, however keep a look out for some exciting new additions.
